  • Construction timelines, pricing, and specifications are subject to contractual agreements.
  • Any modifications requested by the client post-contract may incur additional costs and time extensions.

2.3 Advisory & Consultancy Services

  • We provide property valuation, market analysis, investment advisory, and legal support services in real estate transactions.
  • Information provided is for guidance only and does not constitute legal or financial advice.

3. CLIENT OBLIGATIONS

  • Clients must provide accurate and complete information when engaging our services.
  • Payments must be made per the agreed schedule, with late payments subject to penalties.
  • Clients engaging in property purchases or rentals must conduct independent due diligence.

4. PAYMENT TERMS

  • Payments for property purchases, rentals, and construction projects must be made via approved methods.
  • Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in contractual agreements.
  • Failure to complete payments may result in contract termination and forfeiture of payments made.

5. PROPERTY LISTINGS & PRICING

5.1 General Disclaimer

  • All property listings, prices, images, descriptions, and floor plans are provided for general informational purposes only and do not constitute a binding offer.
  • Prices, availability, designs, features, and specifications are subject to change at any time without prior notice due to market conditions, material costs, regulatory changes, or other factors beyond our control.

5.2 Construction Timelines & Delivery

  • Estimated construction timelines and delivery dates are provided in good faith but are subject to delays caused by factors including but not limited to weather conditions, supply chain disruptions, labor shortages, regulatory approvals, and force majeure events.
  • We are not liable for any losses, damages, or inconveniences caused by project delays or changes in completion timelines.

5.3 Design, Scope, and Specification Changes

  • The Company reserves the right to make modifications or substitutions to designs, materials, layouts, and specifications as necessary to comply with legal, technical, or operational requirements.
  • While we strive to deliver projects as per initial representations, minor adjustments may be made in response to practical or regulatory constraints without prior client approval.
  • Any client-requested customizations or deviations from standard designs must be agreed upon in writing and may incur additional costs and extended timelines.

6. CONSTRUCTION & DELIVERY TIMELINES

  • Project completion timelines are estimates and subject to delays due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Clients are advised to remain flexible with expected delivery dates.
  • We will provide periodic updates on project status but do not guarantee specific handover dates.

7. WARRANTIES & LIABILITY

  • New home builds come with a structural warranty as per the contract.
  • We are not responsible for any third-party service providers or contractors engaged outside of our direct agreements.
  • Clients agree to indemnify us against any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from their property use.

8. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

  • Cancellation policies vary by service and contract type.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 30 days minus administrative and processing fees.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

  • All website content, marketing materials, floor plans, and designs remain our intellectual property.
  • Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our materials is strictly prohibited.

10. PRIVACY POLICY

  • We collect and process personal data per our Privacy Policy.
  • By using our services, you consent to data collection, usage, and storage as per applicable data protection laws.

11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

  • Any disputes arising under these terms shall first be resolved through mediation.
